Hi there! I know this is kinda off topic but I'd figured I'd ask. Would you be interested in exchanging links or maybe guest writing a blog post or vice-versa? My site covers a lot of the same subjects as yours and I feel we could greatly benefit from each other. If you might be interested feel free to shoot me an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! Excellent blog by the way!

It's really about time that restaurants realise that no longer do people tell a few co workers and friends about a bad dining experience - they post their views on a blog or website and within minutes the whole world can read about their dining experience.
Word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool and yes, sometimes restaurants have a bad night but at least this way they can find out where they're going wrong. A simple apology and perhaps an offer of a free meal or half price next time they visit will appease the customer and at maybe they'll come back and give you another shot.
BTW love the blog - added you to my blogroll.
