No suprises here – A Current Affair also did a "hard hitting" investigation and demanded an apology from Casa Flamenco. To be honest, that’s all A Current Affair seems to do…try and run around ambushing people…but hey, it makes for pious TV.
Here’s A Current Affair’s story on the Casa Flamenco Spanish Restaurant in Brisbane:

What an idiot “I’m going to take this to the courts”…
What about “I’m very sad this has happened, what can we do to make experience better?”

It’s really about time that restaurants realise that no longer do people tell a few co workers and friends about a bad dining experience – they post their views on a blog or website and within minutes the whole world can read about their dining experience.
Word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool and yes, sometimes restaurants have a bad night but at least this way they can find out where they’re going wrong. A simple apology and perhaps an offer of a free meal or half price next time they visit will appease the customer and at maybe they’ll come back and give you another shot.
BTW love the blog – added you to my blogroll.
