Review of Food and Soul, Modern Asian Cuisine, Auchenflower, Brisbane.

Food and Soul would have to be one of the best restaurants in Brisbane. The food is fantastic, and always tastes divine.

I tried the Steamed Asparagus & King Island Camembert Wontons, with Dill Oil & a Creamy Saffron & Lemon Broth for entree, and it was outstanding. The flavours were subtle, and a perfect mix.

For mains I had Macadamia Chicken & Grilled Scallops with Nasi Goreng and a Coriander & Mango Relish.

One word. Perfect.

A Creme Brulee rounded off the meal beautifully.

Terry & Cindy Leung, originally from Hong Kong, provide many of the meals on the menu gluten and/or dairy free.
